Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping & Delivery
We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States, European Union member states, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. All customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. No extra fees will be charged upon delivery.

Estimated transit time after shipment:
• United States: 7–14 business days
• European Union & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are only approximations and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, carrier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the package is returned to sender due to wrong address, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.

 

Package Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link. You may track your package online.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 calendar days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Visible damaged packaging or broken items upon arrival must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery, with clear photos of the outer package and damaged products.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote excluded territories in any supported country/region.
